This Thursday looks to be a perfect night to go sailing at Corsica River. I know that a few boats are planning on sailing but there is always room for more.The RC is ready, Lance has agreed to do the starts and finishes, so Roy will be sailing on Rose. Corsica River Yacht Club hosts an evening kayak /canoe paddle along the wetlands of the beautiful Corsica River this Friday, May 29 at 6 pm. A moderate paddle along the shoreline will enable paddlers to see nature at feeding time and enjoy the quiet camaraderie of a river at evening. Our exact itinerary will be determined by the wind and weather. But no matter which direction we go, it’s all beautiful.Open to members and their guests. After the paddle we’ll relax around the bonfire to roast hot dogs and marshmallows. BYOB.Don’t have a kayak or canoe? No problem!
